when one tried to recall the lost time, one will actually feel that he enjoyed this year too much... as it seems that within the blink of an eye, seven months swept past us in the form of high winds.. and within this period of time, many things happened, many people succeeded, yet more suffered... knowledge were gained, wisdom increased..
so as usual, anything worth of interest for the last week of july? the answer: yes!
pn.khoo the elven queen as usual gave us surprises, as she gave us things 2 days in a row... 1st day lollipops, 2nd day chocolates... so sweet... touched was my heart the moment i knew of this matter... as quoted by the viscountess beforehand: "so dedicated she is, everyone loves her way of teaching..." it is safe enough to ask, how many teachers will actually be so kind giving out sweets even for once ??? personally i think i can use my fingers to count it...
one of the focus of this week by the people of 4s1 was the oral performances, and out of the 5 groups, 2 of them was the attention of the week.
1st was the "titik-titik perjuangan" done by the count's group... their attires were all so hilarious

, as seen below...nonetheless, attires alone were not enough, their acting skills were prevalent that time that it became the laugh of everyone. so interesting and hilarious it was, until even pn.hasliza couldn't resist her smile...
they.. as usual, are the ones who will make a dead atmosphere in a class turn alive, and with their existence, laughter will never die down. some may not like it, but one couldn't deny.. that their way of life is the antidote or rather medicine for our pressure, stress and everything we suffer...
later that week, came the more focus issue of the oral performance, which was the debate itself... for some reason, the days leading to it results in me having a few sleepless nights. probably i thought too much, as i'm not the one who will take the marks, yet i showed more concern than the six of them who were to present... for only one reason....
thus on the 1st of august 2008, tables were set up to make way for the "big" event.. cameras, phones, were all set up to make a recording of it... as for myself, i set up my own camera to record was because that it was a rare chance to witness a debate scene in malay... so rare that i wouldn't think that i have the chance of watching it anymore... unlike other reasons that other people may say... (the pictures of the debate itself, and those of the oral presentations.. were all in my own msn space, which i still do not know how to post it up here in a bulk....)
the debate went well, and there were some hilarious scenes in which some were taken down.. one of those was that the countess put up her hand for about 4 times throughout the entire length of the debate and yet no one answered her.. pity.... the outcome? the pro-side won the debate, though the anti-side got the best debator award...
while these oral presentation did took much attention, there was one more issue in which we all took heed on: some time before, our current eng teacher, miss sheila had inadvertantly left her handphone open, and some people saw a picture within, entitled "dear..." and it portrays a guy who was known to us as "calvin
when it happened, the dark lord pivin immediately took the issue to a joke, ridiculing miss sheila with full of sarcasm, and soon it became the talk of the class, which greatly annoyed her.. the best part was that when i asked what stage it is currently... her face was so red that one would probably think that she just put some red ink on her face to attend a chinese opera show...
i thought back after then, and i somehow realised that this was not the 1st time we discuss something like this, from the "HIV" case to the "M&M" case, we ridiculed the couple involved (rather 'unfortunate') with sarcasm, and yet after some time all these will just die down... until when new issues arise...
so now that the eighth month has arrived, rather quick, what will be the focus of the month? probably the 1st week will be the monthly test, 2nd week until national day will be the choral speaking, the week after holiday will be on the archduke's trip....... how true will it be?? only the high winds of time could tell the full truth....
