of the training in the millineum tower

as far concerned, this day was somehow a special day for many people... especially for those who attended the farewell thing, as one may have the opportunity to have fun, dance with his/her "special someone" and so.. wht about the archknight here?

apparently i have no interest in getting involved in any form of social affairs, preferring interaction with nature itself. thus, i chose not to go at all, so as to avoid letting my mind and heart bleed dry...

however, days before i received an invitation.. in regards of a workshop on the 17th august 2008, and a training session beforehand, which is today....

thus i decided to "play traunt" in a legal manner (having submitted the letter to pn.khoo elven queen beforehand), and i arrived at millineum tower minutes before 9am.

as usual, i took the lift to 13A floor, and turned into the office, where some people were already there waiting... then i realised, i'm so late !!

for some reason, nigel, the one in charge of this session also arrived late as well, nonetheless it did not matter at all, as everything begun at time... from there i thought, it doesn't matter with punctuality actually, as long as one is efficient in dealings with matters at hand, efficiency is the best one can bring should one arrived late in any occasion...

the session starting with some of us stood to the front and gave their "prepared" talks, as though as giving instructions towards the students who are to turn up on that day itself. convincing were their way of speaking, such that even i myself felt as though i'm one of the participants...

then we discussed the slots that are to be conducted on that day, such as ice-breaking, instructions and as well, a "war" game! there were lots of laughs as most of us, in an attempt to adapt ourselves in the game styles we had just devised, made quite a number of mistakes... the best part was during the jenga game, where we were required to use chopsticks to transport jenga blocks through everyone of us, and the last person was to build a tower.. (won't be explaining explicitly, as tales regarding the actual event will be posted on either the 17th or the 18th august)

the outcome? many of us did not succeed in transporting the blocks to other people...

meanwhile, as time went past, came the time when we were shown the questions which are to be asked on that day... the english questions were piece of cake, but the maths questions, they required some logic to solve it... and the last one was a killer....

after that, for some unknown reason, nigel went off and the staff went off to buy lunch for us, leaving us with some free time. taking advantage on the time, some of us used the laptop to read blogs and such... the best part was, there was a corner where a red dot appears, we attempted to click it, and it never ends... (the red dot thing will be posted later)

moments later, lunch arrives. we immediately finished off the chocolate indulgence thing, then quickly ate the pizza as though as we haven't eat for 5 decades.. the only thing not so good was hat someone said that the pizza tasted like... blood. i nearly choked myself upon hearing it...

after lunch was the time to "emo"... we sat in a circle to listen stories from each other regarding their views, perceptions about their parents and to tell whether they ever offended them or otherwise.. all gave a good story, and nigel was there to give comments on it...

this training session "officially" adjourned on 2pm.. i went down, took a couple of shots on the millineum tower, and left... hopefully i can play my role as a facilitator of the workshop well on that day, which is next sunday, after this intersting session...
